Forums - Gaming - Played Sonic Colors its good, Hedgehog might be back in good form

Played Sonic Colors this weekend and it was good. IT was pretty much what Sonic Unleashed should have been. No werewolves no lame friends (your cool, Tails & Knuckles) just pure goodness. YOu could definetly see the Mario Galaxy influences but its not a rip-off. There was one level called Sweet Mountain, its pretty much Sonic running around in a factory of candy and pastries, it was a level I've never seen in a Sonic game. They even switch the buttons around, no more waggling to do attacks, going back to button presses. My only regret is ive yet to seen a DS version. So we have a true sequel out, a kart racer that is actually pretty good (I think its better than MKWii) and a good Wii game. THe only blight is that shovelware-looking Kinect game but who knows that might actually be good. Its safe to be a Sonic fan again

thats sweet (no pun intended) , i'm looking forward to this more than Sonic 4 , and i hope Sonic goes back to its fun days.

- Wasteland - The Mission.

cool I was thinking about getting this at some point. I'm trying to decide between the ds version or wii but there hasn't been many ds videos.

I played it at PAX, it was amazing. Like Sonic4 meets Sonic Adventure. The best from both worlds put together into a single game. I was really impressed and the powers that Knuckles had (Digging) and Tails (Flying) are present as power ups for the blue hedgehog himself.

After playing it and leaving PAX I went straight to EBGames and pre-ordered it
