I don't know. I wouldn't take this with more than a grain of salt until there are a few more confirmations. Though one would think that if it wasn't the case, Sony would have been relatively quick to acknowledge that it wasn't true. I mean, this is their last big blast for the PS3 for the remainder of the year. Honestly though, if its true? They're making a rather impressive mistake. A lot of people shop in late November (Black Friday and what not) and if they leave it to December, they're going to end up clogging the supply lines. They order the same number of copies just before Christmas, they run out, it takes a little while to get more out on the stands and more ordered in.
The entire point of a November release is the one two punch of November sales boom, followed by the holiday rush. They could ride that wave right to January if they played it right and make a pretty insane number of sales. Delaying until December? They'll cripple their own sale's charge. Not the best idea.
