So, my fauvorite series of all time, Devil may cry is being f****** up. Even tho I didin't like Devil may cry 4, I was still interested on the game and waited Devil may cry 5 to fix all of Dmc4 problems.Now they changed it to more "mainstream", which I as a fan, hate. While Devil may cry as a series didin't sell that much as, each tittle sold almost 2 million which is great, so did developers run out of ideas?Don't know, but I will at least give DmC a chance when its released.

Other titles, like Ratchet & Clank are being rebooted also, tho there is nothing wrong with it, but it haven't sold that well so they change it for more mainstream also.

There are some titles that need reboot tho, like Crash bandicoot - It was one of best selling game series on PS1.Nowdays its just a joke. Spyro - Same stuff. Megaman - all we have is old classics. Ape escape - So we get some railshooter with Move, instead of epic monkey hunting back in Ps1..

Some titles need to go back in time and look what they did then, and make it better. I don't wanna play Castlevania/Megaman in 3d, I love the ones in 2D, but you can always make it better with some changes.I'm gonna try new Castlevania tho.

who knows maybe the new DmC will be better than DMC4 , ninja theory often make good games,Sony/Naughty dog never owned the crash bandicoot IP besides it had a lot of "reboots" and all of them failed, they just can't make the games good enough , or just simple enough and spyro.... well you can blame activision for that they own the  IP,they're making a new Ape Escape like the one on PS1 , the one you saw is a PSN spin off, as for R&C i wouldn't call it a reboot, its still the same game.
