Seems like an okay launch line-up to me (if it's real). I myself will probably pick up Pilotwings, Steel Diver, Street Fighter, and/or Nintendogs Cats.

The launch lineup seems a little bit disappointing for me. Usually they need a lot of time to localize a Layton game for europe. This should mean it will disappear from the european launch list. With this one gone there really isn't a must have title for me on the list anymore. The rest of the list are still fine games, but not enough to make me an early adaptor. But this could change, if more games are added to the european launch list.

Not really. 2 out of the 3 I wanted and expected at launch (Pilot Wings, OOT) are both coming, with the 3rd one being Paper Mario. But the first two should be enough to keep me occupied for quite awhile. If the 3DS is really gonna cost $300, I doubt I'll be picking it up at launch anyway.

Unless that's part of the delay.  Nintendo did state they pushed the released date as a means to ensure adequate hardware supply and ensure 3rd parties had more time to better prepare for launch.
