Actually, this post sort of reduces the suspicions that I have against you. Maybe it's the ";)" face, or maybe it's the way that you -almost joke-like- misinterpreted what I was saying, but it makes me feel that we're in this together.

I didn't feel that the town was overpowered - it felt about equal. I think it's because we're so used to the Mafia having a 60-70% chance of winning the games that it didn't feel right that the town suddenly gained some good roles for a change.

A quick explanation of the characters in the story for the ones who know nothing.

Goku is the main character, he's the spiky haired boy in Dragon Ball and the spiky haired man in Dragon Ball Z (yeah Z starts when he's an adult, with the introduction of his son Gohan).

As a kid, he always had a bo stick with him, this bo stick was magical and could extend. He went on training on a tower in the sky sitting on a huge pillar (climbing was part of the training). His bo stick fits in a hole on top of that tower and when it extends, it enabled him to climb up to a platform floating in the sky.

On this platform lives Kami (the "god" of earth, as in guardian) with his aid Mr Popo. Kami created the earth Dragon Balls (yes there are others but not important).  The platform also has a room where time is bent... where the heroes of the series went to train for years while in the real world only days passed by. This is important to the overall story as they always do this when there is a big badass ennemy comming to be stronger and be able to beat him.

Kaio is more like a real god, he lives in the realm of the dead (although he isn't) on a tiny plannet with a very big gravity, he has a pet monkey and a criket as friends. Oversees one of the 4 quadrants of the galaxy.

Also note that many characters in DB start as evil and turn good after a while, this is the case of Picolo (reincarnation of Satan.... the other half of Kami, of which he rid himself in order to be pure enough to be the earth guardian.... picolo later fuses back with Kami... though he's already good by that point). This is also the case of Vegeta, who came to earth to wipe it out and recruit kakaroto. Even Goku was sent to earth to destroy it... though he was a baby and bumped his head, which made him forget the mission.

The story is definitely set in the Z era (since Kaio is there) and since they are training in the time chamber, you can assume it's after the freeza saga, so there'll be SSJs in the game (the sayan race can turn into super warriors, blond hair, blue eyes... hair spikes all up and glow arround them).

(There are various levels of SSJ... regular, regular with lightning, long hair, and monkey form. Also Sayans have a tail at birth... it regrows if they lose it, but they can transform into a king kong with the moonlight and are stronger than most races just with that..... this is how goku as a kid was too conquer earth, their planet exploded though so they are very few Sayans left).

Good summary, though you should explain that Kakaroto is actually Goku's real name before he went to the earth to destroy it. Also you forgot to say Goku actually belongs to the Sayans, Same as Vegeta. As Gohan and Goten are the sons of Goku, they also have the blood of the Sayans and thus, can also transform into SSJs.

Indeed...that has to be one of the most craziest plots ever...
