With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

I would call it the target audience over the sponsers control, or many things would have more sponser domination. Also ive watched videos where some major reviewers have stated their opinions.

MTV owns spike, no wonder rock band won so many awards. I personally like the music on guitar hero 3 much better. Rock band should have won the "best four player music game sponseored by MTV" category instead.
Personally I thought the "MOST ADDICTIVE VIDEO GAME FUELED BY DEW" was pretty funny. Obviously these awards were not meant to be serious or else they would not have included a category so ridiculous.
I wonder whether it was done because Bungie/Microsoft paid them a lot or because Spike/MTV was making fun of Halo for advertising so hardcore with Mountain Dew.
