He seems pretty enamored with 3DS... I doubt another PS3 exclusive (current market conditions and future projections just don't support exclusive PS3 development), but he may give it another shot on PS4.

MGS4 disagrees

Well Kojima still hasn't announced that "Massive PS3 Exclusive" which he was talking about after E3, so I do think MGS4 won't stay as the last exclusive.

If it were on 360 also, it'd have sold as well as MGS2.

It was also supposed to show up at TGS, and that didn't happen...

ps3 was doing worst back then and it was still released and stayed exclusive so why not now when ps3 is doing great with bigger userbase.

I know, it's kinda dissapointing he's been quiet about it so far. Really wish he would at least give some info what he was getting so hyped about.

Apparently he was talking about the possibility of MGS5 with some konami guys in TGS but no confirmation has been given yet.

No, he's busy directing the Snake Eater remake on 3DS.  It's actually the first time he's remade or converted one of the titles himself.
