Did I watch a different video than everyone else here? Looks about gamecube level judging by that RE game which is excellent for a handheld... but are we really comparing this thing to the 360?
For early titles they're looking really good. 3DS is more powerful than I imagined.

Well maybe they never seen what a powerfull smartphone can do (Galaxy S, Iphone 4) ?
If you spent years playing on DS you sure would be blown to pieces just by looking at this.

You know what I can't wait for?
A legitimate racing game (not Ridge Racer). Something like Need For Speed Underground where you can trick out cars and such. Over the 3DS Wi-Fi you could race for pink slips and take other peoples cars or even download new decals from 3DS updates.

The weird thing is, that the 3 games that easily triumphed over the others in terms of graphics (The Resident Evils & Street Fighter IV) are all made by Capcom. Hell, even the first-party games made by Nintendo look pretty shabby in comparison.
I wonder why.
