$299 is too fucken high, sux to live in Japan. We still don't know how much it will cost in the US,but, I still don't think it will be $200 like I thought it would be.

I'll get it right away if it's no more than $200. Any higher is just pushing it for me. lol

$299 would definitely be pushing it for me. If that is the price it would need a great bundled game for me to pick it up at launch. I was hoping for $200, but at $250 I'll still preorder as soon as possible.

$299 is pretty reasonable to me but i am pretty well off so i can understand other people having a problem with that price.  nintendo probably lost a lot of money by launching at $250 when the market would have obviously payed more for their product.  i'm guessing they don't want to make that mistake again as they can easily lower the price in the future.

but anyways, i'm not getting a 3DS at any price so it means nothing to me.  I just don't think it's that bad of a price.  i mean hell, i'm pretty sure my mom pay $200 for my NES and SNES well the hell back when.

Of course that too much, but that is launch price. It makes business sense to overprice something when you first release it.

Even if it comes out for 250 its too expensive for a handheld, my limit its 200 dollars, when it comes down to that price I will purchase.

A handheld costing just as much as a regular console is just somewhat insane to me. I can afford it at $299,but it's the principle of the matter to me. If that's the price point,I'll get it in future. lol
