As some of you may know I have posted my artwork up here in the past and the forums went pretty well (most of the time). I've been drawing since I was a kid (on and off) and I've gotten a lot better. I am writing a story and I wanted people's opinions on the artwork of my charcter's. Criticize please if you have too. Just try not too be too rude like some people have in the past (writing me off as someone who shouldn't bother trying)

Oh and one more thing, when I scan my drawings, the quality isn't as good as real life so bear with me here people's.

Not bad, but the proportions seems to be off. The Hands are way to big, as is the womans hair. The guys eyes are to large, along with his neck. The arms are to thick.

The bodies and feed look good.

I think they look pretty good except for the girls head.

Hmm. I can see what you're saying. Just remember the girl is only "16" years old not a fully grown woman. I actually didn't spend too much time on their hands because I decided I was going to turn these in as homework lol. Um not too sure about the guys eyes maybe compared to the size of his head? The thing is about the guy, I didn't get him to look 100% the way I wanted him too but he was close. The characters are multi-racial (African-American/Caucasian) and I tried to make the guy have shorter hair, you know more similar to an af-am guy but it didn't come out the way I wanted too. His neck seems fine too me though. The girls arms, yeah maybe a little bit OR maybe I justed wanted her to have beefy arms ;) you never know that could just be her build structure. I mean I see where you were going with about the arms but that parts not really "proportion" as compared to other body structures that could just be how she is you know. But thanks for the critique either way. Um this is my opinion. Of course I will continue drawing and hopefully I will be able to upload more!

Here I have a question. I like to write stories and draw the characters out. Could you guys see me taking this somewhere in life. A writer w/a little art here and there? I mean I'm going to school to become a Pharmacist but I LOVE drawing.
