I seriously cannot find one anywhere. They never get mentioned in sales on this site so I am wondering if Nintendo only shipped a limited supply and if something will change before Christmas because I really want one.

No, but seriously, that is a weird phenomenon. Some Ebay sellers are starting to bundle the zapper with the system. I'm sure that'll account for 10% (at least) of the sales right there.

Hmm there was a post about not being able to find them here yesterday too. I walked into my local Best Buy and they had at least 25 of them. Maybe check your local Best Buy?

I saw them for one day, a big pile of them at wal-mart. Sold out the next day (it was black friday) and haven't seen one anywhere since. I dunno, maybe they are selling incredibly well, or maybe it's just limited shipments.

I have been to Walmart several times shopping and have seen the stacks of zappers. Then you come back and they are gone. Then they're back. I guess there is only so much supply.

I think people really like this Zapper, I mean for an MSRP of 20 bucks what is to lose.

Nintendo must have under estimated demand for the thing, I mean it is a gimmicky looking accessory. Oh, well, this means good sales for Link's Crossbow Training.

It's probably an ideal impulse buy for a lot of people, especially people who just got the Wii. Twenty Dollars more gets you a Gun attachment and a game to try it out with. Same reason Wii Play sells so well, but cheaper and less essentital.
