It could be CoD, but it won't be announced until mid-next-year, I really doubt we're gonna see BO on 3DS.

In the meantime, we could get a smaller FPS from a franchise that hasn't even been mentioned in the poll. Another possibility is a straight port of Metroid Prime, or a port of something like Portal on the system's DD service.

I think that if 3DS comes this winter as some think then a GoldenEye 3DS version is likely to be the first but if the console comes in early 2011 as Reggie and other Nintendo Exec's have said then I think COD will be the first. Basically Activision releases their CoD games on DS and I can't see them altering their approach when it comes to 3DS.
