First of all I don't think they have a chance in hell of getting 5 million sales for this "reboot".

Secondly, even if this game turns out good I just can't take it seriously with the way Dante looks. I really hate twilight with a passion and I hate it even more when an iconic character gets changed so much that he looks nothing like what we're used to.

DMC 5 would have been a day 1 buy for me but right now I'm not gonna touch it.

Capcom can't be serious, this isn't Mario, Pokemon, Madden or Call of Duty. Even on both the 360 and PS3 those numbers are insane, especially for a action game.

I know what your saying, i'm not sure what action games sell like, but God of War 3 is about to sell 3mil on the PS3 platform alone, i think thats very good. so if the game is handled well and the gameplay is accessible to players, unlike DMC from before, then it will sell well imo. and God of War 3 dosent sell well in Japan, DMC has a slight edge there, it could do maybe 4mil if Nija Theory put their heart and soul into it.

Well if they are making a game that needs to sell that much to turn even then they need to do something different!!!! (Uncharted 2 cost $20m to make)

As for making it more western, what they certainly shouldn't do is make it go head to head against God of War, its Japanese nature makes it more interesting and unique, I wish the Japanese developers would realise that we like many of the Japanese games' odd quirks
