I looked at the million seller list and it just has 2 games on it for the PS3. Both are first party and got a lot of their sales from being packins. So why are games selling so horribly on it? Is that why Sony executives have been telling us that third party exclusives are going to be a thing of the past? I haven't had this feeling since the Sega Saturn.
I was surprised to learn that Sony charges third parties more to put a game on their system than Microsoft does with Xbox 360. Plus it cost more to make a blu-ray disc than a dual-layer dvd. So in your opinion why should third parties choose the Playstation 3 over the competition? Also Sony has a lot of systems in Japan where shooters and other games sell very poorly so why would Europe and USA third parties want to make games for it when Xbox 360 has most of it's owners in Europe and US?
I used to be Sega hardcore and then I lost faith. I used to be Sony hardcore and I'm losing faith.
