I recently had some fun playing Questions on the thread of that very name, and it kind of inspired a fan fiction concept in me. Since I came up with the concept on this site, I'd like to be able to post it on this site, but there's no dedicated forum for fan fiction, which led me through a chain of events to post this poll thread to answer this question: Is the interest for a gamrConnect Fan Fiction Forum even there? I'd also like to hear your thoughts in detail, but please keep things civil. I do not want this thread to be locked anytime soon.

I was wondering when someone would choose option 5! I basically made that option so that people with no opinion on the matter would get the chance to do something ridiculous... But in all seriousness, if you do have an opinion on the matter, I'd like to hear it, whether by voting on your opinion or sharing it through post or both.

Maybe I didn't do a good enough job of explaining my intent. A fan fiction, or fanfic, is a story made by a fan of a particular franchise set within said franchise's universe. In my head are at least two defined concepts of fan fiction, one of which was inspired by the game of Questions I played on this Off-Topic Discussion Thread, which, in retrospect, would likely have used one of the lesser tropes of fan fiction, the  "Stu", which is basically a character whose writer would live through vicariously. The other is a rather creative take on the Pokemon Multiverse, though decidedly more sinister, at least in origin. I would like very much to post that fanfic here, rather than on serebii.net, where I have an account. But I can't unless there is interest to be had for a fanfic forum here. Thus the conundrum.

It would be a cool idea, but I don't see a new forum being made to accommodate it. ioi and team turned down a political forum, I can't see them building a new forum just for fan fiction. 

Maybe a dedicated official thread, you could get stickied?
