Forums - Gaming - Next Tomb Raider game to be open world?

As mentioned above I just hope the narrative stays tight and they dont put in too much shooting, I really liked the amount of puzzles in underworld and the fact the "last boss fight" was also effectively just another puzzle. A bit of linearity doesn't bother me, lots of aimless wandering with no purpose does. Plus I Heavily dislike shooters in all their forms so I'm really hoping they don't try and mimic uncharted in any way. Shooting is not what TR is about, I wouldnt mind if they dropped all combat completely and just had puzzles to be honest. Still I'm sure they have an idea of what they want to do and such a change (open world) could be what it takes to capture peoples imaginations again.

Glad to hear the downloadable one is good, I have to wait till september 28th as I no longer have a 360
