It's not about the tech... it's just the fact that there's so little to differentiate the consoles now when it comes to 3rd party software.

Which would hopefully lead to all the different game consoles melting into one unit down the line. Then Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo could each produce their own versions of it, but each of them should still be able to play any home console game. Damn that would be awesome!

can't see that happening rainbird

hopefully they give ppl the option of choosing the difficulty setting this time around, would help with sales even more i think. since it seems ppl either hated or really liked demons souls, the option of how hard u want the game would give it a broader appeal to achieve the success it would deserve.

i like it when games don't have different difficulty settings,

especially in open world/rpg games

i hope they keep DS2 the same

Considering the extra cost of multiplat development, and the loss of overall hype for the game, I don't think this will make them anymore money than an exclusive game.

Internet hype=/= sales.

It will sell better then if it was an exclusive

Sig thanks to Saber! :D

We'll see. But I doubt it. Not enough to make up for the extra dev costs. A small niche game like this has a limited audience and spreading to more consoles isn't going to suddenly increase the amount of people who want to play it.

Isn't Demons Souls getting up to 1 million?  Yeah, limited audience v.v

Considering its the best game this gen I'd say it has a pretty limited audience if it can't break 1 million

In your opinion of course... I thought it was kind of meh. It was fun to begin with but in the end it wasn't worth it.

And that in no way proves that it is a limited audience. You my good sir, have failed
