I am not sure what you are asking for?

Wii Number is in the first page of you address book, which is located in the create message view.

Serial Number, which may be called a product code in on your original box, and may be somewhere on the Wii itself where ever the regular info is labelled. Probably on bottom or back side of Wii.

I am trying to register here and I don't know what it wants actually.

For the Wii itself, it'd be the serial number. But this is the Stars Rewards thing, so I'm not sure if the console counts towards that. (I'm in the US) Still the serial number, least for the NTSC Wii's, is on a sticker with a Barcode, usually on one of the sides of the Wii, typically on the underside (when in  vertical position) Mine started with WU then a bunch of numbers.

If you bought a Wii and there was not an envelope sized piece of card in it with registartion code I'd contact Nintendo customer services, although the code is only for stars (which since the wii points conversion are almost worthless!) and not the guarantee.

When you get a game [in PAL areas] you get a card in it which has a scratch off panel and is for obtaining stars points on NOE website.
You should also have one for the Wii, except it might not be a scratch off panel [mine wasn't]

It's possible you threw them away, as i only seem to have retained 3 of mine [i bought 6 games]... I at least kept the Wii console one, which is worth the most.

Unless it is asking specifically for a serial number, in which case it's on the sticker underneath the Wii.

If this is for getting stars from the Nintendo VIP thing then you need that card, and you should have got one as long as the Wii is PAL.

If you need the serial No of the Wii [i assume you might need it to transfer stars into Wii points... although it will probably use the Wii number instead (in address book)] then it's on the bottom of the Wii.

If it is definately refering to the card you should have got, and you didn't get one in the box with the Wii, then call Nintendo about it, they will probably ask for the serial No [to confirm you haven't used its card already], and might be able to add stars to your VIP account without the card.

Inside every wii game theres a little piece of papper with a scratch off code next to the game manual thats the code to register games
