I don't see why all the hate for regen health.  I don't like having to run around and search for health, regen health lets me stay in the action more.

I agree. In the past I had to be tatical with health packs. With regen health I don't have to as careful and can go in with guns blazing. That's why I love regen health. lol

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

I hate it because it changes the tactics to make them incredibly unrealistic. Note that I don't like most games use of healthpacks on the floor.

If your health regenerates, you can charge to an objective amidst a hail of bullets and you will be fine as long as a sniper doesn't get you. If your health doesn't regenerate this is much less viable because you will be almost dead by the time you get there.

The only game I've seen to do health recovery well is Battlefield - dedicated medic classes mean that if you are part of a co-ordinated group, you can enjoy some health recovery when out of the firing line. There are also health regenerating stations, but they are placed well, so as to add to the tactics, and because of the team and ticket based nature of Battlefield, if you camp on a health station for too long, you might as well not be in the game and you're a liability to your team.
