No and Yes. I think I'm waiting for the next version and hope that T-Mobile improve their plans (like O2 already have in the UK). And I'm really not outside that much in winter time, so I can wait.

5 megapixel on a phone cam is kind of dumb. That will only give you more noise, not more details. For more details you need a bigger lens. The lens diameter (and the size of the chip collecting the light behind that lens) matters, not the advertised pixel count.

Still, 10 iPhones in the thread! Plus 1 brother and 3 iPod Touches. That's quite impressive.

I want one. I might make my dad buy me one, or another smart phone, for me as a graduation present. I dont have an Ipod, so this would be perfect.

I still want one. But again, not until the storage is up to at least 30gb, it uses 3g, the sdk is released and full of apps, and it has a video recorder. >.>

Apple today added new models of the iPhone and iPod touch which have double the memory. The new 16GB iPhone is available for $499, while the 8GB model remains at $399. The 32GB iPod touch comes in at $499 while 16GB and 8GB models are priced at $399 and $299, respectively.
"For some users, there's never enough memory," said Greg Joswiak, Apple's vice president of Worldwide iPod and iPhone Product Marketing. "Now people can enjoy even more of their music, photos and videos on the most revolutionary mobile phone and best Wi-Fi mobile device in the world."


The new iPhone and iPod touch models are available immediately.
