Forums - Nintendo - How much did you pay for your Wii?

I think so far mine cost the most here. $730 Dec. 29, 2006 Bundle from Gamestop. 5 Games, 2 Wii motes, 1 512mb card, 1 year protection plan. I bought it in frustration because I lined up so many time since launch date and I was eager to get one before new year.

Ups...

Japanese launch 300 Euro, about 400USD. Planning to buy an European or American WII somewhere in the nearby future as well, when they're somewhat cheaper

$300 NZ, used.

Brand new they are $500 so I was getting a good deal, Wii isnt sold out here so used price is lower than new.

Actually only got it this afternoon =P.

Wii Sports is fun (as I know from having played it heaps before) but was slightly let down by RE4, maybe I just need to play it more but not being able to move and shoot is annoying.

Uk retail (£180) on launch day, but I also ended up two spare preorders, 1 i gave to my friend at no profit and the other I sold on ebay for £280, so my wii cost me £80. wippee!

I paid 199.99$+tax(yay 50$ already down from October) on 11/19 at 10:05AM(opening) at Toys R Us in Toms River, NJ. I still remember walking in with the huge line smiling at them and taunting them as I walked out with the thing bwahahahhahahah! j/k I didn't taunt anybody but I did get shot a few dirty looks by people who seemed to think I "Cut" the line.

I got mine at launch (Belgium, for those who don't know that's Europe, beneath the Netherlands) for 250 euro's, that's about 370 USD. Man I'd love to go shopping in the us now!! I also bought Zelda TP for 50 euro's, that's 74 dolalrs. So with the same amount of cash in the US i would have saved 144 bucks!
