From a personal point of view, I found it really unsettling to 'play' and a number of people I've shown the game to have had to quit after a few minutes because the atmosphere really got to them. I should stress that it's not really a game, though- there are no targets or obvious ways to 'win' and it's more an arty experiment than anything. It's well worth picking up should you see it in a Steam sale.
