Is EyePet being released as a launch game for the PS Move ? Or was it launched before ? Cause I'm hearing people say that this game has been released before.

It was released it Europe quite some time ago. It has not been launched in America before, as for whether it's a MOVE launch title? I'm not quite sure, could very well be though.
In EU it's getting a re-release "Move Edition". If you have the old you can just download the update and get a Move controller. Hasn't come to US yet though. Will be a launch game for the move here.
