Technically, it wouldn't really be a patch since the content is already on the disc itself. They'll likely put some code up for download that will unlock the new modes.
I hate to say it ... but that just might get me to preorder the game.
I was terrible ... but I remember sitting around the couch in the back room of the local game store after it would close at noon on Saturday, playing this game (or after it closed at dinner time on weekdays).
