This game will be huge with households with young children -- especially girls -- age 4-8.

(It probably will also be used to train expectant parents -- particularly fathers).

Folks, just because were not the target demographic does not make it a bad game.

Yes.  I would love to see this game make it on the cover of most every print gaming magazine currrently in publication.  This is huge... This is big...  This is... the MEGATON...!

That is not what he wrote.

Really...?  So what did you think I wrote?

You wrote magazine covers, which mike's post didn't even hint at. That's not what I think. That's right there.

OMG...  I don't think trying to explain this to you is worth it.  (walks away)

How would that be a hassle? If there was a point in the comment that let you to mention magazines, it should be easy to explain. Unless you don't have one, and this is a cop-out to try to avoid admitting that.

That's how I've always seen those "Mama" games :)

Fine...

I hope you understand that most games featured on magazine covers are potenially big titles with a fair amount of ridden hype.  They are on the cover to attract the attention of the reader/potential reader of their particular target audience.  So maybe Baby Sitting Mama should grace the covers of gaming print publications because it's potentially on par with games such as COD or Starcraft but with a different target audience.  That was the sarcasm because it might not be "a bad game" because we "were not the target demographic."  So maybe Baby Sitting Mama should grace these covers of gaming print publications that normally do not cater to "young children -- especially girls -- age 4-8."  And even if it becomes a great game along the lines of COD or Starcraft, I doubt hardly anyone here will really care as they probably also wouldn't care to see it on magazine covers.  And to claim someone is copping-out is a cop-out in and of itself in an attempt to gloss over one's lack of understanding.  Happy...?

Well.

I was wrong.

I guess there still are a lot of high-quality hardcore 3rd party games coming to the Wii...

Actually, it should be on more than just gaming magazines, since that's the point of the expanded audience, and of games not made for the enthusiast gaming audience.

Regarding BabySitting Mama, you're all missing the point, it's actually a hardcore game, it's all about this hot mama who is babysitting all alone in this huge mansion when a serial killer enters the house, and the ensuing epic fight...

Funny thing is that (according to the list I saw in Nintendo Everything) Square Enix have Black Ops in their booth as well - but no mention of the Wii version.

BAH!!! You just reminded me there was a halloween video game... which was terrible, just the like the majority of movie based games...

The title should be descriptive or at the very least, misleading.
