There is lag but nothing bad and the voice stuff works.

From what ive read the lag gets better with each updated dev kit. By the launch i bet it wont even be noticeable.

A really close friend of mine at work has a cousin thats in the beta. I haven't had a chance to play any of the games but I wish I could. He told me that we could go over and check it out at a BBQ next weekend so hopefully I can get a better taste of how things work.
Nothing is set in stone but if I get a chance I will take some pictures and give my review of it. And I suppose it will become even more fun when I am drunken...
