Get on the phone, and talk to someone right now. I am not kidding. You do not want to do anything drastic without thinking right now. If you can't call a friend, call 911. If you won't call 911, send me a message or let me call you. I don't know what you are going through, but experience showed me that it is not something that cannot be overcome.
