Hmmm.....I wonder what GT5:P has done.

More than 500k justa like FFVII sales is over 500k too.

But GT5:P and FFVII is not a PSN title... the first is a retail title that have a digital version (like LittleBigPlane and inFamous now)... and the second is a PS1 title.

So... just PSN title shows theirs numbers.

EDIT:: Someone said this already... sorry.

Sony themselves separate PS Classics/Archives from the regular PSN releases.  It's a little like WiiWare and Virtual Console, or XBLA and Xbox Originals/Marketplace.

I can see why FADE wouldn't want to also count digital retail releases (like Burnout Paradise, Siren: Blood Curse or GT5 Prologue).

I find it extremely hard to believe Final Fantasy VII  isn't in the top 5. And either VG Chartz numbers are waaaaay off or something is screwy with those number there, since Polyphony Digital has GT5P download sales at around a million.

Is this just America?

Maybe they meant shipped;..

=p  J/K.

So, if the lowest one on there is 260,000, you're trying to tell me that all GT5:P has done is that or less? GT5:P hasn't hit 500,000 on PSN? I'm inclined to think otherwise.

I also love how the the OP left out the rest of that article:

Despite this, creating games on the platform is a strong investment for developers.  'Although PSN lacks the massive sellers of Xbox Live Arcade, many developers have found great success with PSN. In our initial report, we find that 22% of all titles have recorded over $1 million USD in revenue, a figure that should be encouraging to developers that are interested in the platform.' said Benjamin Schlichter, Director of Research & Analysis at FADE.

This paints the bigger, truer picture that PSN is a success and it benefits everyone.  Too bad things are being twisted by not telling the whole truth.  That's like saying just because I haven't done my dishes and my neighbor has means that my kitchen is filthy when in fact it's only the dishes that are dirty and I'm a more welcoming and inviting host.  Go figure.

Xbox Live and XBL Arcade >>> ALL PSN Together.

FACT!

Trials HD , Limbo no games on PSN can match those games quality.
