lol slimbeast :D what are you, the new Reach? You can't be serious man, this build looks way better than the previous ones and this is definitely looking better than kz2

maybe the best snow level in a FPS yet? I think so and they still have loads of time to improve it too

If you think it looks worse, I'd suggest some serious checking of your eyes. Nothing about the vid looks worse than Killzone 2, or the previous KZ3 vids either. The textures, particle effects, and shadows have all been improved. It's not even a contest.

I didnt pay attention to shadows or particle effects so I cant comment on that, but the textures in that video looked nothing special. Perhaps it was the type of gritty level where super nice crisp textures arent even useful but even so Im wondering what textures you guys saw.

The texture quality is improved from the previos footage, it's blatantly obvious to anyone who actually watched previous videos.

I trust you. I didn't watch previous footage that carefully.

Still i wish there were screen vs screen comparisons.

Graphics are looking pretty awesome even amazing but gameplay still looks bland and boring.

There was still only like five characters on screen even with a super weapon like the jetpack and still looked too slow to me.

But certainly one of the best looking games ever made on consoles.

Seriously the first gameplay video, you know where he ran in the snow and popped out the eyes of a Helghast, those graphics were the most impressive so far I think.

But if this is an improvement it's all good. As I said, haven't watched them very closely.

I hope they don't change the controls too much due to people's complaints. The controls of KZ2 was the best part. By far the best controls in an FPS on consoles. They felt so heavy, even heavier than Battlefield Bad Company 2 and shooting weapons had the right "oomph".

I'll be honest the game looks the same as it was at E3....it also looks like they went for more of a Halo like run and gun play (which is good)

But yeah the graphics are really fantastic....the PS3 is really starting to pull away from the other consoles in terms of graphics imo.

i don't know about you, but i'll not play the game like this, this versions of Kz3 has a very stupid AI, there's no way you can't do that in Kz2.

Don't jump the gun. Remember the AI upgrade from the December 2008 build of KZ2 - January 2009 build? It was night and day.

totally, i'm just saying that this guy is playing run&gun because the AI is set really easy for demo purposes, but there's no way you could play the game in Normal like this.
