Forums - Nintendo - No Voice Chat For GoldenEye Wii :'(

meh. voice chat is always a nice option to have but i'm not going to cry over it. every time i've used it, it's not really been worth it.

This doesn't bother me, I don't have Wii Speak.

Expected as much.

If Activision won't put voice chat on the Wii iteration of their CoD titles, what hope was their for Goldeneye?

This may be a reason why their Call of Duty games for the Wii have only sold over a million each and not 2 million each.

It's a thought.

If Nintendo is successful at the moment, it’s because they are good, and I cannot blame them for that. What we should do is try to be just as good.----Laurent Benadiba

I would say lack of marketing and lack of split screen matters even more, since a) people don't buy games they don't know about, and b) it's been shown that local multiplayer is important for a lot of the Wii hits.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Dude, I was just joking. I know why the games sold the way they did or a least we all have theroies. I've read your post and your statements are sound and I agree with you.

Smart move. Saves me from having to mute everyone every time I enter a match. I care 1000 times more if the gameplay is solid over online voice chat.

Sorry. Just I've seen stuff like that posted seriously.

A pity, now I won't be able to be sworn at by drunk Australian teenagers whilst I play. Maybe I'll go on CoD and record some of it and turn it into my Goldeneye playlist - it just wouldn't be the same without the c bomb being dropped every few seconds

why r people so disappointed, i don't need to here some little teen screaming at the screen.

So? its just a stupid feature that i will never use anyway.. i prefer to play online without it..
