No way in hell the Greens will enter coalition with a climate change sceptic. You've got more years of labour a tell ya.

What we really have is a one party state under the guise of two mainstream parties. What you get in the very end no matter who gets into power is the same old proverbial. Both mainstream parties labour and liberal mirror and satisfy the ideals of the desired corporate agenda in different ways. The system has been hijacked by corporate interests. The idea that you can change the system of corruption and self interest through the ballot box is actually totally ludicrous. The whole system is stitched up to stop this system being changed or even challenged. The only way to challenge this is to stop cooperating with this inherent system of enslavement, control and manipulation. Unfortunately the greatest prison is one where the prisoners (the peasant people) actually believe that they are free. Don't rock the boat too much now!

Funnily enough we do not get to meet or vote in the the franchise owners, the international financiers or bankers. We never get to see those hiding behind the facade! Corporate greed and murder are not reported and brushed under the carpet. What a close election, a hung parliament just like the UK. Another media circus. Keeps the election race alive longer and increase the media ratings.  Does  anyone really believe it will make much of a difference if Black or White is returned to the chess board and crowned the champions?

This one seems to think that both will get 73 each. Making it potentially even closer then most people expected. Labor according to this has 1 seat more currently and 1 more to be determined (which I assume will go to the liberals).

The government and the leader, the majority of people do not want becomes the leader of your nation. Tony Abbott sounds so similar in style to George W. Bush in his endless gaffes. Oppose everything for the sake of opposing Texan Republican style.

IMO Bill Shorten or Greg Combet a union heavy was needed instead of Kevin Rudd who has been proven to be a spineless coward. Union heavy hit man as PM would of been awesome. Workers rights protectionist leader: Gillard is a Unionist and a union lawyer but she lacked a central message.

Tony Abbott is the hit man from the hard right Pro-corporations: HR Nicholls Society and all its anti-worker political/economic ideology. Abbott is nothing more than an union buster. 

Both sides ran campaigns with a lack of policies and two negative smear campaigns. Abbott was more negative and offered little as an alternative PM. 

You faced a half an hour or an hour queue. Instead of a $20 fine for not voting. Informal vote totaled 6% of the vote. Many more did not even turn up to vote. 1.5 million people(around 10%) missing from the electoral roll.
