The game "Calling" get's even better with the second playthrough. (More Levels, Alternate Ending) I liked it. The cheasy voice acting and the sometimes cheap scares gives you a B-Movie Feeling.
The only scarier games are Fatal Frame IV (I am really gratefull for the fan-translation) and maybe Ju-On (Don't know if you can call it "a game" it's more a fright simulator. It's like "Caling" without the adventuring part. And much shorter.)
Cursed Mountain is also scary but only in the beginning.
Slient Hill is more psycho horror, but it is definately a good game.
Dead Space: Extraction isn't scary in my oppinion. Games were you are armed with weapons and unlimited ammunition to defend yourself can't be scary.
