but now when MS is settled they don't want to compromise,the question

will MS do the same for the capcom partnership now that they are settled in the future as they didn't do it for SE after getting the games they wanted

 

its foolish to compare FF14 to MHFO(an old games and which sells lower on consoles) and heck capcom expectations wouldn't be anywhere near SE's expectattions


the only thing more is that they don't want two subsciptions wich will come in btw people subscibing for them and MS won't budge

Your argument makes sense. But its not necessarily whats going on and/or the only factor to determine why it was alright before and its not anymore. At least you explained why you think.

Well i can only think of two MMOs on the 360 (PSO & FFXI). And neither of them require a Gold account.

I read in Japan you a get a free month of Gold with a paid month of MHFO. But I'm not really sure if that's true.

don't know abt PSO but FF11 was cleared cause at that time MS wanted to get FF13 and was trying to make good realations with SE

WITH MHFO,AGAIN ms is offering discount cause they want to enter the japan market

nobody knows how far it went

maybe they never started but were developing the PC version and then went to PS3 cause MS wasn't allowing them

it was never announced as a 360/PC but when it started development some leaks said that it was a 360/PC project

they would have been developing PC first and then MS rejected them for hte 360 version so they went on PS3 and announced it E3 2009

Can someone point us to something more informative than some "leaks" from an unkown source? If not, to jarrod and selnor, a rumor is not a fact, please use different wording next time. Between, I already try researching with different keywords but wasnt able to find anything.

they are very old now and its a pain to find them

they weren't confirmed and were rumours though and i agree with you

i didn't say MS didn't care

its just that now they don't need anything like FF13 from MS so they are not ready to compromise

 

MS would be happy to get this game but will not take out its GOld fee

 

and moreover Activision seems to be wanting premium online and if MS allows SE to go without GOLD then Activision will demand the same and that will effect XBL gold sales

From my reading you don't need a Gold account for PSU. Just the "Guardians license" fee. But the demo requires a Gold account.

You keep saying that but we have no reason to believe it.

I remember BBC sayiing they don't want to do a service for the 360 because MS would require users have a Gold account. So if that was the case I think Square would have said so already.
