Looks very similiar to Resistance 2, and the giant alien in Resitance 2 had better graphics and animations if I remember correctly.

It looks decent, but by no means at all one of the top looking games out there.

Don't know about all this technical talk.  the game looked great and seems fun enough.

But the girl (creative director?)  She is hot!

Wow that did look great but it wasnt "top tier" in graphics. I will say that it is one of the best looking 3rd party games but 1st party/exclusives out now (and coming) do look better like CGI said. I find it funny how Selnor always says that a multiplat game has the "best graphics" or is the "best (insert genre here)" in an attempt to downplay the games that are at the top of those categories that happen to be exclusive to another console lol.

On Consoles i would Say KZ3 and Gears 3 are miles ahead of bulletstorm.

IMO

And GT5..

Really? I mean really?

I think this is quite a step up to any exiting console game. Same with Rage and Crysis 2. The scale and lack of framerate drop when that HUGE monster came out was unmatched.

Seriously I have seen 3rd party devs this year shine in tech alot more than first party devs. 

Top of my technical achievement food chain right now from all the games Ive seen are

Rage

Followed by 

Crysis2/Bulletstorm

Possibly then followed by

LOS/GT5/Reach.

Then the rest.


So you haven't played God of War 3 then? Also, in what universe does Reach approach the technical achievements of Gran Turismo 5?

The game is looking pretty cool though and yes the graphics are top notch.

sure but even comparing HALO reach with the biggesdt and not mentionin KILLZONE 3 and older games ME2,UC2,GOW3 is silly

I already replied to selnor and watered down what he said by merely pointing out that at the very least what these recent games show us is that the 360 wasnt maxed out when sony fans told us it was 2 years ago.

By the way... whats ME2?  Mass Effect2?  Halo Reach is a LOT better looking than ME2, even accounting for the MUCH larger scale of Reach compared to ME2.  (I bet ME2 wouldnt have been in that list a few days ago lol.)

I didnt say it was best looking. My point was 3rd party devs are really taking the cake at these events.

Technically, GOW3 is much easier to do with the scale in the way the camera nad viewpoints are done.

And Reach is easily technically on GT5's level. Just because realsim isnt the graphical focus of Halo doesnt mean, that huge playable areas, high quality visulas mixed with 60 Plus advanced AI at once isnt a huge technical achievement. Cant wait to see the huge Warthog battle in Misson 4 that we saw a glimpse of in the gameplay trailer.
