...and yes, the gameplay looks like shit, and I hated Crysis, this game will probably suck.

However,it does prove that the Xbox 360 can still do graphics capable of surpassing all but the top two games on the Playstation 3, which means that the graphical gap between the two consoles isn't as wide as we'd like to believe, AND that both consoles still have some potential for better graphics left in them.

That's why we should all care.

If Crytek had made this game a 360 exclusive, would it have looked even better? I hear a lot of fanboys tell me that they only play exclusive games, because developers can concentrate on one version of the game. So, if that logic holds true, then it means the 360 is capable of graphics significantly better than Crysis 2, which would mean they could be at least near part with the best stuff currently on the PS3.

Logic dictates that the gap isn't really as significant as fanboys pretend it is.

I think most 360 owners already knew this. One look at Gears 3 tells us this. Next year when we finally get some gameplay footage of the exclusive Crytek "Codename:Kingdoms" game we will see that the 360 is capable of God of War quality graphics since I'm pretty convinced it will be a hack n slash game. I also have the feeling we will see a new ip at 2011 E3 by one of the newly formed 1st party studios at MS. We will finally see a game using the 360 to its full potential.

Or I could be completely wrong and 2011 will end once Gears 3 is released and the 360 will start to fade away. Hope I'm not.

Well if the multiplayer is anything like the first (which it will be) then it will be a horrible, sprint-fest with horrible map design. And since the game is from ea the server are most likely gonna be a lag fest for the first 3 weeks.
might rent it, if not ill get it on the pc (because thats what its ment to be played on.) when its really cheap.
