I'm assuming you haven't played them, or at least played the 360 or PS3 version if one exists. Let me show you the error of your ways.

Half-Life's story and exposition and single-player are far surperior. The game just has better mechanics.

Portal does puzzling and humor better.

CS:S and TF2 do multiplayer better.

Crysis's pacing (until halfway through) is much better.

AA3 is forgettable, but AA2 isn't technically this gen, so I just put AA3 in there.

F.E.A.R. 2 did health and shields better.

Far Cry 2 did no specific thing better.

Stalker does immersion better.

UT3 does fast paced, arena-based, combat better.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a Halo fan, I truly am. I'm just not a Halo 3 fan. I'm a big CoD fan, but I'm not a fan of the MW sub-series. Both of those have what I call "quality by popularity." Despite being inferior and nothing special, they are more well known than the better games. Thus they are perceived to be better by the general masses, many of whom are either misinformed or ignorant (not suggesting that you are either). 

AA3 I've addressed. AA2 was far superior, but it's not this gen so I can't include it.

No one seems to respect Fear, and I'm not sure why. The only reviewing site that seems to agree with me is Noobtoob.

Far Cry 2 I can see people not liking, but the overall quality and polish is undeniable.

UT3 is basically the same game as the original Unreal, which still reigns surpreme over all non-realistic shooters.

As far as Halo 3 was concerned, it was terrible. I'd seen better graphics on a Dreamcast, the story was cheesy, the gameplay tightness was gone, the level design was the only redeeming factor, and even that was worse than previous Halo games. I love Combat Evolved and Halo 2, but Halo 3 was just a huge disappointment.

I do like them, look at my Gamercard I beat every single game you mentioned but I just don't see how those games stack up compared to Halo 3 AT ALL, let alone Halo Reach.

FEAR is a fantastic series same with Half Life but to me neither one is comparable.

Very few? MANY people absolutely despise the entire series (though many of them out of sheer fanboy rage). And I know for a fact that MANY people hate MW2, and a good number hate CoD4. Halo 1 is one of the best FPS's I've ever played. It combined the elements of Corridor Shooters and Open Shooters perfectly. Halo 2 also followed this approach, but it wasn't as polished due to a rushed development. Halo 3 was much too open, the melee system was broken, the multiplayer maps were too small for the most part, the mechanics were too "loose", the weapon selection sucked, Brutes are no where near as fun to fight as Elites. There are some certain levels of Halo 3 that are great, but they are still nothing compared to the original.

Sonic Adventure 2. One of the most gorgeous games of all time. Do you know why? The devs knew the system inside and out. On a technical perspective it's not better, but I didn't say it was better technically, I said it had better graphics.

Also the fact that you said "look at my gamer card" lets me know you played the games on 360. Go play them on a PC that can handle them properly, and then we'll talk.
