The Scots were Celts, the fusion of Picts, Gaels and Britons. There is some ambiguity as Scots defines also the Lowlander Scottish, while the Highlander, that remained Celtic, is named Scottish Gaelic.

So, let's be honest here: we'd all be naked all the time if we could be, but some of us don't have browsers installed in the privacy of our bedrooms, or similar, and get a bit embarrassed in public. That aside, most of us would have boobs and balls free to the world. And, for some of us, both at once.
Good to know.
Certainly makes me less inclined to think of what people may look like in real-life -- certain uber-sexy individuals aside, that is.
