I was just at walmart and saw the PSP-Go for 199.00...Maybe they secretly did a price cut already?

Still way too expensive...

Let's be serious DSi is 170$ and psp is much better piece of hardware.  It's not the price that stops psp sales but lack of recognition for how many good games there are.

Tbh I think DSi is expensive as well :P Maybe I should say...too expensive for consumers to care enough.

I didn't know it comes with 3 games though. Although not necessarily what all people want...

Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters, LittleBigPlanet and Socom...They're all really good quality games actually. It's better then Photo Clock and Brain Age: Arts & Letters. :/

Those games are kinda the problem - they just seem like PS2/PS3 games made to fit the PSP, nothing that special about them. If I got a PSP Go I wouldn't like those games but that's just me...

I don't really know when people started losing interest in the PSP but if a game like MGS: PW sells only 50k in NPD, it's time for a new handheld. Not like it's too early anyway and NIntendo is releasing the 3DS next year with the DS still selling pretty well HW and SW...

they aren't PS2/PS3 games.. might as well say every 3DS game announced is a console port too..

LBP PSP is unique to itself, and is the best handheld platforming I have played this gen, and I have every handheld system this gen. Ratchet is amazing, and Socom I have but haven't played yet.

People have no interest because sony doesn't advertise it, I know a lot of people that tihnk the psp is no longer selling games.. while nintendo keep advertising the ds everywhere.

The psp minis are some of the most handheld friendly games out there, and they are quality. I am glad I got 3 for free with ps plus. What sony needs to do is simple, cut the price, and advertise. They barely have the advertising, and they haven't cut the price. They can bring life back into the system, but for some reason they aren't doing it now.

They may be starting though, the FAVORITES line up is genius, old quality psp games for $9.99
