Because the ship for Mass Effect sailed about three years ago when the first versions of these games came out? They're better off waiting until after the trilogy finishes to start multiplatting. Going back and re-releasing games from three years ago and this past year is a tremendous waste of time that should be spent on Mass Effect 3.

Just because the game is 3 years old you think it's a waste of time?They are expaned the mass effect user base by bringing it to a new platform.Does it really matter if the game is 3 years old?No it's a good game that gamers on the ps3 have been waiting for awhile now.You probeley think the possiblity of the Ico collection is a waste of time.

I am assuming this edition is ME1 and ME2 together.

Ahh build that straw man argument up. Completely different circumstances. Nevermind that this game is a genre more popular on the 360 anyway and isn't a huge seller there either. Gamers on the PS3 have been waiting awhile for it now? I'm sorry, but when was it ever promised this game was coming to the PS3? Show me one example this gen where a timed exclusive outside of Japan has ever sold remotely well on its delayed platform.

RPG are more popular on the 360?.......PS3 gamers have been waiting for this because they know bioware and don't own a 360.And why are you excluding japan?
EA and sony have been real close lately... but Ill stick with the superior PC version
