I completed fallout 3 a while ago, i got most the trophies, all i needed was the neutral and bad karma trophies ,Head of state, stricly business and you gotta shoot them in the head.So i started again and ive just done level 8 with neutral and bad karma....but it won't give me my trophy also ive just done stricly business...No trophies still! anyone know whats wrong, its annoying me now!!

did you use the scrap metal glitch to gain xp. dont know what its talking about but fallout wikia has it listed in karma section.

didn't say anything about this kind of bug on strictly business page on the same site.

on other websites people have said they got a message saying they did not receive a trophy did this happen?

found no solution to either though maybe try reloading an earlier save and trying again.

No i didnt get that message, and no I didnt think there where any glitches/cheats, I ve heard somewhere to delete the GAME data (not save DATA) and reinstall the update, just anoying becuase this platinum is obtainable, just need to put in a lot of hours, and for it to skimp me on 3 trophies near the end is pretty annoying!

when you play the game and press the ps button go to trophy's is fallout at the top of the list.

edit: before doing that put another game in that has trophys because it will probably be already at the top.

I did and no fallout did not go to the top of the list, what does that mean?

The game on top of the list was Bioshock, which i was playing before

dont know but found someone else with the same problem. well I would guess it means the game either isn't being recognised by the trophy list or the playstation doesn't think there is trophy support.

he deleted the game data and couple of other things but to no prevail. you could try to contacting him on his account on that website and see if he solved it. I'll keep searching.

edit: hmm the last time he was on was the 30/6/2010 might have to wait a while for a response
don't think it will do any good but it might be worth a try. go to you trophy's hit triangle and sort them by title then try running the game don't think it will work but you might as well try. I am trying to see if there is a way to delete them from the console and then re-sync them down.

The only thing i can think of is that, I first started playing the game on the normal fallout 3, I then borrowed  the GOTY edition off my mate, did all the DLC trophies, gave his copy back and then started playing on the fallout 3 normal version again, would that make a difference?

I think it might, it means that there is trophy's in your trophy menu that there is no data of on the disc. which could mean the game has no way of knowing how to achieve the trophy requirements. not having them on disc or as a downloaded content.

I think this is a likely scenario try getting your friends disc again and see if it registers in the order of the trophy menu.

if you get it sorted. don't know if you thought about it but at the level before you get the trophy save the game then change your karma alignment to what you need then level up. then go back to your save and do the same with the other alignment it saves you playing though the whole game again just to get the trophy for that alignment.

yeah i know, i only figured it out after sadly, at first i wasnt going for platinum, but then when i saw how easy is was i was like D'oh! but I dont mind playing it again tbh, But yeah im going to get the game back off him and try again, becuase since ive give it him back, any trophy I should have aquired hasnt worked on the normal fallout disc

It worked, just borrowed my mates fallout GOTY edition, it did'nt give me all the ones ive earnt though, but luckily, i saved just before i leveled up to 8
