I just think hyper-polished graphics are unnecessary.

OK or good graphics are fine.

But put that budget to a better use!

Tell that to James Cameron. I wish he could have used the budget to something else than the special effects in Avatar. What a bad idea decision he made.

You know that's an argument that really infuriates me.

I am allowed to be angry with the developers even without buying their game.

They're wasting money. I can be disgusted with the fact with how poorly they're using it.

If someone buys a diamond ring a week, I can still be horrified at the money they lose even if I'm not friendly with them or I don't buy diamond rings myself.

what better use

they have done everything there can be done

they have anple budget to go extreme with everything

just because some devs have low budget and try to make one area stronger and other areas are left unpolished doesn't mean devs with bigger budgets have to do that same
