i don't know about him or the terms being used in this thread but the average person would have offered an apology whether intentional or not. it's like when someone steps on your shoes. my feet are big so it happens alot. apology after apology, thats what i get, but that luggage had to be slightly hard for him even to notice he got hit with it.

a simple apology was all that was needed and he couldn't get that? i would have kicked that passengers ass before i got off that plane.  

i'm not that good of a Christian yet so yes I would have beat the holy snot out of that guy.

He broke the law, and hopefully he's punished leneiently because of his clean record.

While there's ass holes out in the world, 2 wrongs don't make a right. Succumbing to their level is not ok. BTW, if all he did was just shout at her back or did anything else, that's cool and ok with me. But not if he breaks the law.

I wouldn't call the flight attendant's behavior heroic, if he needs to stand up for himself he can do that without being an ass.  I can't understand why he's being turned into some kind of folk hero, unsettling.
