I would have said no, but I would be forgetting the release of the 3DS which will prove to be a critical point in gaming and how we perceive the possibility of 3D gaming without having to pay $3000 for a Sony 3D TV and $100 for a pair of 3D glasses.
The exclusives and core titles will do well, but my eye is on what kind of and the extent of the impact the Kinect and Move will have in broadening the customer base of both Microsoft and Sony.
Will Move and Kinect prove to be the Blue Ocean tsunami that slams Nintendo to the point where Nintendo gets serious on catering to core gamers again? We will see.
My prediction, 2011 will be the year of the PS3. Another price cut, the Move bundle, and a whole slew of good games in comparison to Microsoft.
As for the Big N, I predict they will drop the Wii 2 announcement at 2011 E3., which will have HD and graphics power rivaling the PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2012. I could be wrong.
