For me it was a mediocre game hyped to death because of the graphicz...your sarcasm won't change that..and who the hell gave it GOTY? :S I would love to know cuz those sites just went to my ignore they are full of it when it comes to reviews and awards (like GTrailers for example)

And I haven't judged the sequel yet...cuz obviously I haven't played it still but considering how the last one was I couldn't care less about it till it comes out...

I guess they figured releasing it anywhere near to Halo Reach and to a lesser extent Black ops would be pure suicide.

ok, I admit that I came a bit off a bit rude on my response so I apologise for that. that being said, you were being a little judgemental to crysis 2 by saying "it'll be a medicore game with flashy gfx if it's anything like the first game". but hey if you thought the first was medicore, that's your opinion.

And answering your other question, it's been awarded by "Gamespot" and "PC gamer". Im sure there are more but I doubt you care. ;)

Will Crysis 2 steal any light away from these?

Potentially one of these is likely to steel best graphics of 2011 to. Ironic that they all release within 2 months of each other. And further ironic, that 1 is multiple platforms and could possibly steal alot of limelight.
