Today I had a great conversation/lecture from several people about how great the Wii is.
I was running a training course for 6 people, all middle aged and much older than me, and during a break a conversation struck up about exercising. 4 of them said they had Wii's and how much they loved them, how often they used them and how impressed they were with the software, how useable it was and how great the graphics are.
They asked if I had one, I told them i had a Playstation but they they didn't know that was, but they did tell me that I should definitely get a Wii.
There's a lot of love out there for the Wii, it's just not in the place you would usually expect. I certainly wasn't expecting to get into a conversation about computer games at work with a group like that.
Nintendo have done a great job at expanding the marking and turning gaming into a normal thing, rather than a hardcore/geeky thing.
