Forums - Microsoft - XBox Magazine: 5 reasons why Starcraft 2 would be better on 360.

Worst list ever. It's so bad it's funny.

ROFL!

WOW I love those MS press releases until you have the best looking game on the market you don't get to say you have the best graphic system. While custom  gear would be cool avatars would ruin the entire atmosphere. quick key commands on the keyboard allow for much better customization that the 360 controller.

Ironically I DO prefer 1 and 4 over PC!

Well maybe not for RTS ... 4 defo though!

I almost pissed myself.  That was great :)

Starcraft II campaign is fucking incredible  if you have not, go get it now!

List fails, should have mentioned how Kinect was going to change the face of gaming!

Obviously they're joking but I hope nobody would seriously ever make this argument.  I am not a PC gamer, but even I know that there are three genres that are just going to be better on PC, no matter how good they can make them on a console.  MMO, RTS, and FPS are just a better experience on the PC if you prefer using a mouse and keyboard.  RTS games in particular are a genre that will never even come close on consoles to what a PC game can offer.  It's just the way of the world.

Until you said FPS I was agreeing with you. I hate playing FPS on PC Keyboard and mouse feels way to awkward and I can play better at FPS on a controller.

I agree whole heartedly.  I can't stand using a mouse and keyboard to play anything outside of solitare.  I suck at it and don't enjoying playing any real games on a PC.  That being said...as far as mods, graphics, framerates and available precision as far as controls go, PC's provide a better FPS experience.  Doesn't mean you have to prefer it, I certainly don't, but I just see it as one of the platfoms strengths.

Sports games, action-adventure games, platformers, and fighting games are all much better using a controller.  Not too many people would argue this either.  This is where console games shine.  Could you imagine playing Uncharted 2 or Bayonetta with a mouse and keyboard?

Haha lol only 4 reasons :D

Wow, i cannot play FPS on the consoles (any of them)  Must have my keyboard and mouse.  My brother feels exactly as you do tho.  Ever since Halo 1 on the Xbox, he will not play any PC FPS that does not support his Xbox controller (now his 360 controller) straight out of the box (No emulation)

As for the rest, I completely agree.  UC2 or Bayonetta, let alone GoW3 or MLB: the Show would just lose something special played on a kb/mouse.

I prefer my WRPG, FPSs, RTSs, and MMOs on the PC.  Let my JRPGs, Action/Adventure, sports, fighting etc games be on the consoles.

Personally, I think Uncharted 2 would work with Keyboard and Mouse. There are enough shooting elements for the mouse's precision to have it's benefits (like it does in GTA games), and the platforming elements have been covered sucessfully before in Tomb Raider, Assassins Creed and Prince of Persia games (on PC).

Bayonetta, not a chance.

Also worth remembering that PCs can have a controller connected to them. My brother recently purchased a controller and bought Pro Evo for his PC.
