I don't see that happening, maybe 70K at the lowest point. The $199 360S arcade coming out in a few weeks which will help keep sales high until the Halo Reach bundle. Also September is when sales generally start picking up after the summer low.

The 360 Slim Arcade doesn't launch at the end of August.  I work at Gamestop and the exact date that our 360S Arcade arrives in store is August 3rd. 

and it is launching on the 20th of august.

Yeah, it wasn't like the PS3 slim had tons more supply available and its not like its second month (October) was leading into the early holiday season...

As for Serious_frusting, I don't think you want to be siding with BHR-3.  His predictions have been quite off lately...

If either of you think it will be down to 80k by next week... well I just have to say it clearly shows you don't really know how to follow or predict sales and simply want your console of choice to be doing better.  In just 2 more weeks the Arcade 360 S will launch and cause another nice boost.  The Arcade is the casual friendly version of the 360 and casuals aren't known for "upgrading" their consoles so we can finally get rid of the "It's all just existing owners upgrading" excuse.

1st one says 360 will be 60-70 NA in aug its not even aug yet how is that fail?

2nd one says less than 70k for 360 in EU in aug again its not aug

your point, none of those are highly hyped BHR-3 predictions there was no thread made or nothing go look at threads ive made bout perditions or competitions ive entered and then comment bout my accuracy

Yes... the CLEARANCE price...

US Prices are the easiest standard to follow especially when EU prices vary so much from country to country.
