this makes me happy now they can focus on cutting the cost of the PS3. they will need a big price cut next yr if they want to stay competitive.

they will need to have PS3 price at $249.99 or lower. i'd like to see a $199.99 price point, but i know taking a loss is not an option.

Good. Hopefully they can keep this up and make some decent profits for a decent stretch. Hopefully this means the cost cutting on PS3 hardware keeps going and we see Sony being more competitive in the console market.
