Having some friends over Youtube on a 37" LCD = awesome entertainment.

Besides that, the ps3's browser saved my ass during the week I had no pc since I was getting a new one. If they're really updating it, it'll be schweeeeeet!

 

I'm still wondering though, how does the ps3 react to sites that normally have viruses? ....HEY LEWIS MAYBE YOU CAN ANSWER THAT ONE FOR ME! : D

the post talks about Chrome for Windows XP in the first sentence. The second sentence about an upgrade, but doesn't say anything about FW, or that it is browser related. Could be a bait and switch.

it doesn't because its not windows.

viruses only work on windows and App/install based OS's.

Like somebody already said, it doesnt get viruses.  That's the main reason I use it to browse certain mature sites (plus, no history for anybody else to find!).  And, I use it to put a lot of online content on my PSP, download MP3's, and copy pics to use as wallpapers.  The PS3 browser is still pretty useful despite being a little under-powered.
