WRPG = No thanks for me.

Don't you like even one WRPG?

Mass Effect 1 & 2

But I don't think they are truly WRPGs.

Other than that. No.

Hmm... have you played Dragon Age?

(since it's kinda similar to ME only set in a sword and sorcery world)

I loved ME1/2 but was meh on Dragon Age...it was pretty boring

ME1/2 were awesome.

But you adored it at first.

Btw, interesting that u like ME (and good since I havent played it yet). How did u play it, on PC?

It was all downhill from the mid point remember

I loved ME1/2, played them on my Mac (windows 7 mode). Though they weren't quite as good as KOTOR I'd say both, at least ME2 cracks my top 10 games of the gen!

R.A. Salvatore? I'm sold, I love his fantasy novels.

Just stick to the Morrowind formula thank you. Oblivion was a total let down.

It wasn't when you played it with OOO's mod

No open world game has been as awesome to me as OOO's Oblivion was.

Yeah. I really disliked the battle system. Played it on my PC for like 6-7 hours and then quit.

I'm excited for this game. The action from the tralier looks really awesome.

In fact I've been really excited about a lot of WRPGs lately:

Dragon Age 2, Dungeon Siege III and Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning

This looks really exciting; a lot of interesting people getting involved. Hopefully it can live up to it's early hype; Rolston promised Oblivion but better, which is obviously a big ask.

And for the record, Dragon Age > Mass Effect :)

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned for Sega. - Jason Lee, Mallrats.

Looks good, anything comparable to Elder Scrolls has to be good.

Please continue. I haven't even scratched the surface of the Oblivion mod community.

Here's a full view of the changes implemented by OOO to Oblivion: http://www.oscurogamedesign.com/works/OOO_133_readme.pdf (Warning, it's 58 pages long )

Also, there's a convergence patch between OOO's gameplay changes and Francesco's Levelled Items/Monsters, Oblivion Warcry and Martinger's Monster Mod.

That mod, the FCOM convergence, occupies a whopping 12 GB in my HDD, but it's totally worth it
